Overview

Forex Trend Indicators is an online service that enables users to automate actions based on alerts or messages from various platforms, including integrations with trading platforms and messaging apps. Access to the service may require an active subscription.

Payments

  • All payments for this product are processed securely through MQL5.com (MQL Market). By purchasing, you agree to comply with MQL5’s payment and licensing policies.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

  • This product is offered as a one-time payment service. No recurring fees or subscriptions are required.

Affiliate Program

1. Overview

By joining the Forex Trend Indicators Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. The program allows registered affiliates to earn commissions for referring new users to Forex Trend Indicators.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals or entities with a valid Forex Trend Indicators account. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove any affiliate from the program at our discretion.

3. Referral Tracking

Referrals are tracked via cookies placed in the user's browser when they click your unique affiliate link.

  • Cookies are valid for 60 days from the initial click.
  • If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the latest cookie determines who receives the referral credit.

4. Commissions

You will earn a commission when a referred user subscribes to a paid plan within the cookie validity period.

  • All commissions are subject to a 15-day pending period for verification and fraud prevention.
  • After this period, confirmed commissions are credited to your affiliate account as an available balance.
  • The minimum payout threshold is $10. Automatic payouts occur once your balance reaches this amount.
  • If a user you referred purchases a plan through our secret offers before creating an account, your commission will still be tracked. However, it will be credited only after they use the subscription code to activate their subscription.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for this product are processed securely through MQL5.com (MQL Market). By purchasing, you agree to comply with MQL5’s payment and licensing policies.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Refer themselves.
  • Use misleading, spammy, or deceptive promotional methods.
  • Engage in paid traffic, keyword bidding, or advertising that misrepresents Forex Trend Indicators.
    Violations may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Modifications

Forex Trend Indicators reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forex Trend Indicators is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including loss of income or data.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your account.
  • Use the service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms.
  • Not send spam, abusive content, or violate the policies of connected services (e.g., TradingView, Telegram. Discord, MT4/MT5).
  • Avoid overloading or abusing the system with excessive or unintended usage.
  • Ensure the accuracy and legality of any data you send or process via the platform. Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.

Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

Account Corrections

We reserve the right to review and modify user accounts in the event of errors, inaccuracies, or misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, correcting account information, adjusting access levels, or updating subscription details if they were created or applied incorrectly. When possible, we will notify users of any significant changes made to their accounts.

Privacy

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violations of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Forex Trend Indicators is provided "as is," without warranties. We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by missed alerts, delayed execution, or service interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. By continuing to use the service after updates are published, you agree to the revised terms.

When changes are made, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date
  • Post the revised version on this page
